Before you buy
Product pages and checkout should show the item description, seller, price, currency, taxes, shipping or other charges when known, payment method, delivery arrangements, and material limitations. Review and correct your order before accepting the purchase.
Who sells and fulfils
Physical marketplace items are sold and fulfilled by the independent seller identified in the listing. Seller-specific shipping and return details form part of the purchase information. WatchKnitting provides marketplace tools and support.
Digital items
Digital patterns or downloads may become available after confirmed payment. Because delivery can begin immediately, cancellation or return options may differ, subject always to rights that cannot be excluded by law.
Returns, cancellations, and refunds
Follow the seller policy shown before checkout and contact support promptly with the order reference. Defective, incorrect, undelivered, or materially misdescribed items will be handled according to applicable law and the seller terms. Nothing here limits mandatory consumer remedies.
Payment and records
Payments are processed by the provider shown at checkout. After acceptance, you should receive or be able to retain a record of the transaction. Keep order confirmations, seller messages, and shipping records.
Problems with an order
Contact the seller or WatchKnitting support first. Include the order reference and a clear description of the issue. We may request reasonable evidence and may assist communication, payment review, or marketplace enforcement.
