Application and verification
Seller access is subject to application review and may require identity, business, product, payout, or tax information. Approval is not guaranteed and may be withdrawn if information is inaccurate or requirements are no longer met.
Seller identity and public names
Applicants provide their legal first and last name for private review by authorized WatchKnitting administrators. This name is not shown as the seller's public forum identity or shop name. A seller's chosen username identifies them in the community, and the approved shop name identifies their storefront. The Privacy Policy explains how seller identity information is used and protected.
Listings and products
Sellers must accurately describe products, materials, condition, price, availability, processing time, shipping, and restrictions. Products must be lawful, authentic, safe, and designed, made, or responsibly sourced as represented.
Orders and customer care
Sellers are responsible for inventory, timely fulfilment, shipment evidence, customer communication, and their published return terms. Sellers must cooperate on missing, damaged, incorrect, or disputed orders and follow mandatory consumer protections.
Fees and payouts
Applicable marketplace fees, payment-processing terms, payout timing, reserves, refunds, chargebacks, and tax treatment will be disclosed in the seller workspace or payment onboarding. Sellers authorize deductions that they accept before using paid marketplace services.
Privacy and buyer information
Sellers may use buyer information only to fulfil and support the relevant order, comply with law, and resolve disputes. Sellers must protect it and must not add buyers to marketing lists without valid permission.
Marketplace enforcement
WatchKnitting may review listings, pause sales or payouts where permitted, request records, remove products, or suspend seller access to address risk, complaints, policy breaches, or legal requirements.
Ending seller access
Either party may end the seller relationship, subject to completing existing orders, refunds, disputes, records, and payment obligations. Terms that reasonably survive, including confidentiality, payment, and liability terms, continue.
