Eligibility and accounts
You must provide accurate information, protect your sign-in credentials, and promptly tell us about suspected unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity under your account. A parent or guardian must approve use where required for a minor.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service, break the law, interfere with security, scrape or automate access without permission, impersonate others, infringe intellectual property, or post harmful, deceptive, or unlawful material.
Content and licences
You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant WatchKnitting a limited licence to host, display, reproduce, and moderate that content only as needed to operate and promote the service. You must have the rights required to submit it.
Marketplace roles
Independent sellers are responsible for their listings, inventory, fulfilment, returns, and legal obligations. WatchKnitting may provide marketplace and payment tools but does not manufacture seller goods. Purchase-specific terms are in the Purchase & Refund Policy.
Changes, suspension, and termination
We may change or discontinue features, moderate content, or suspend access to protect users, comply with law, or enforce these terms. You may stop using the service at any time. Provisions that reasonably need to survive termination will continue.
Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided on an as-available basis. To the extent permitted by law, WatchKnitting does not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation and limits liability for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms waives rights that cannot legally be waived.
